Hello Mommies, Daddies, Parents & Future Parents! My name is Karolina, I am 35 years old. 1 and half year ago I moved here from Chicago with my Husband. Originally I am from Poland, when 5 years I was studying midwifery and I worked 8 years as like NICU nurse in the high specialize hospital with premature babies, newborns and babies with syndromes and challenges. I moved to America in September 2019. Since I was here first time in May 2018 (NYC) I work as like a nanny/ babysitter. I was working with 8 different families from NYC, Chicago and Sarasota. I have huge experience especially with newborns and little babies. I love support them in achieving mile stones and watching how they explore the world every day! We hired Karolina while on vacation in Longboat Key and she was absolutely wonderful with our 7 month old son. Before hiring her, we interviewed several babysitters via video call. Karolina stood out the most. She came to the video call equipped with a notebook and pen in hand to take notes, she remembered all the details of my ad and messages, and she had questions for us. It was clear that she is highly experienced and educated when it comes to infants. We had her come to our condo for a few hours per day throughout the week. She took our baby on walks, entertained him, and helped him get ready for naps, among other things. She was very engaged, responsible, and attentive. She communicated with me if she ever had any questions. These qualities really allowed us, as parents, to relax and feel comfortable having our baby in her care. She was flexible with a couple schedule-changes too. We will 100% love to hire her again next time we are in the area.
