Hi everyone, I'm Karly. I have an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and over 20 years of hands-on experience as a nanny, assistant preschool teacher, and daycare teacher. I've worked with all ages, but preschool and early-elementary kids are my favorite - they're curious, funny, and at a great stage for learning. My style mixes child-led activities with gentle guidance, blending Montessori-style independence with more traditional learning. I set clear boundaries and keep routines steady while staying flexible when needed. I love getting kids outside to explore and turn nature into simple learning moments.
