About Karly

I like working with kids because they're so refreshing to be around, I love their playful attitudes and perspectives!! I'm looking for a job that is somewhat flexible, to work around my schedule, but that is frequent enough for me to be able to afford my living expenses I started working with kids when I was 16 in high school, and now I'm 22 with 4 years of nanny experience and 6 of babysitting! In my spare time, I love to read, embroider, and go to concerts! My skills include, patience, playfulness, and respect. I understand that patience is a huge requirement of getting along with kids and sometimes it may take a little work to understand the emotions they are trying to convey. Games are my favorite! I am always up for games of any kind and often find just as much joy in them as the kids I am watching. I feel that respect is a huge part of childcare, I know I have to respect the kids for them to respect and listen to me so I make it my goal to always listen to them in return.
