My name is Karly. I am an educated, playful, and very compassionate individual. I am a social worker (Friday to Sunday) for Crisis Team in Columbia County. This followed several years of caring for other families throughout my high school/college years. I have a huge focus on healthy development starting from birth. I am currently going to nursing school part time hybrid. RN will help me reach my end goal for my career. I have a wide range of experience: Occasional sitting, after-school sitting, regular full-time nanny, and live-in nanny for triplet infants until they were 4 years old. I have numerous years of mixed experiences and families. I am CPR/First Aid/BLS certified as well as educated on several therapeutic approaches when caring for children especially if they are escalated. I have worked in childcare centers as well as Children's hospital because I love to volunteer. Keeping active and structured to create positive behavior, I strive for that.
