My name is Karly and I am currently 35 years old. I am an educated, silly (will dance anywhere if I hear a good beat) and very accountable individual. I am a crisis counselor for Columbia County, Friday to Sunday. Before my dive into the social worker world I worked as a nanny majority of my positions held. I also worked in customer service. I have a wide range of experience: Occasional sitting, after-school sitting, regular full-time nanny, and live-in nanny for triplet infants until they were 4 years old. I have numerous years of mixed experiences and families. I am CPR/First Aid trained as well as educated on several therapeutic approaches when caring for children especially if they are escalated. I have worked in childcare centers as well as Children's hospital because I love to volunteer. Keeping active and structured to create positive behavior, I strive for that. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, accountable and playful.

Karly was our full time nanny for four years, she was more like a household manager. She started working for us as a personal assistant and then when the triplets were born she became our nanny. She cared for the triplets full time and would stay with them over the weekend whenever we went out of town. She is very reliable and collaborative when it comes to raising kids. Very knowledgeable on child development and how something will impact future behavior. Playful and full of positive energy. Has to be patient to work with us.
