About Karlyandra

Hi, I'm Karly! I'm a NYC-based caregiver with over 15 years of experience as both a nanny & early childhood educator, caring for children from newborns-16yrs. I've worked for families with up to 4 kids, supporting every stage of developmental & meeting individual needs. Families have also trusted me with responsibilities beyond childcare, including personal assistance, house & pet-sitting, office work, digital media, and event coordination. I wear many hats! I love building strong bonds and growing alongside the families I work for. I also spent 3yrs teaching at an early childhood center, planning lessons & activities, and tracking progress for the infant-PreK aged students. I'm passionate about fostering growth in a safe, fun, and developmentally supportive environment. I'm happy to help with school pick-ups, homework, meals/cooking, bedtime, travel, overnights and more! I'm a native New Yorker, a confident driver, speak Spanish, and am currently learning French.
