Hi, I'm Karly! I bring 15+ years of childcare experience with a warm, understanding & fun approach that makes kids feel safe, seen, & engaged. I've worked for families with up to 4 children (ages 0-16). Additionally, I worked as an Assistant Teacher at an early childhood ed center in Manhattan. There, I supported all 5 classrooms (infants through Pre-K), created lesson plans & developed activities. I'm passionate about fostering growth in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment. I'm happy to help with pick-up/drop-off, homework, meals, bedtime, travel, and overnights. I prioritize safety and open communication with parents. I'm a native New Yorker and can easily navigate the city. I'm also a licensed & confident driver-comfortable even in NYC traffic. I love to travel, am passport-ready, speak Spanis & learning French. I love new adventures, whether it's a trip abroad or exploring a new neighborhood playground.
