About Karli

Hi there! My name is Karli, and I bring over three years of professional childcare experience to the families I work with. My journey with caregiving began early-as the older sister to a sibling 15 years younger than me, I was changing diapers by the time I started high school! While attending college, I worked as a full-time nanny for three years for a family with two young daughters under the age of two. That experience taught me how to balance the unique needs of multiple little ones while ensuring each child received the personalized care and attention they deserved. In addition to my hands-on experience with infants and toddlers, I also served as a substitute teacher in Chesterfield County Public Schools where I gained valuable experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children. Whether I'm helping with homework, planning fun activities, or keeping up with busy toddlers, I love creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing space for kids of all ages.
