In my opinion you need two things to be a great nanny: unconditional love for children and lot of knowledge about the human being since birth, so in this way you can understand them, help them to be great persons and give them what is most important for a healthy development-love and protection. I have 10 years experience in education of children. I am a professional nanny, not just the one who watch tv or talk by phone. My daily routine includes: art, reading, dance, playing games that stimulate the brain of the kid, sign language, etc. I believe in the importance of personalized attention and practice positive discipline.
