Hi, I'm Karla! I'm a certified Health Coach and Fitness Instructor with over 10 years of experience helping people feel their best. My passion is teaching mobility and guiding others toward building good, healthy habits that actually last. Whether it's movement, nutrition, or simply feeling more energized day to day, I love supporting people on their wellness journey. Family is at the heart of who I am. I'm a family-oriented woman who puts faith and family first, and I bring that same warmth, patience, and care into everything I do. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me out in nature--hiking is one of my favorite ways to recharge--usually with my two dogs and my cat close by.
