I have worked with young adults with disabilities since I graduated in 2021. I spent 4 years helping individuals with disabilities find jobs, maintain jobs, and build job skills. My time doing this work made me realize how much I loved being able to help others gain confidence and independence. I helped about 10 people get jobs and helped countless people build job skills, as well as independent living skills. This work has inspired me to pursue a career in rehabilitative care and I am now at USC working towards a doctorate in occupational therapy
