Making a positive difference in people's lives is my passion. My experiences in adult and senior care roles led me to become a caregiver. I strive to support families by providing a reliable care option for their loved ones. I provide verbal updates during visits and regular updates via text or phone call. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I can de-escalate stressful situations and handle confusion or agitation. I incorporate memory care activities or sensory engagement into care. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me.
