About Karla

I come from a Hispanic background, born in El Salvador but raised in the United States after my family decided to move to the states when I was 7 years old. I have gown up with a huge family and many cousins. From a very young age I have cared for my cousin of varios ages. I love kids very much. My mother had a surprise baby when I was 17 years old and I have been at her side caring for my little brother from the beginning, from all his appointments up until now that he's in school. I feel very comfortable caring for kids and playing with them. Growing up with many cousins I've developed a tremendous amount of patience for kids and also have learned to understand them even when it's hard for them to describe what might be bothering them. A little bit more about me is that I am an easy going and happy person, and I mean what I say. My skills include patience, care to understand what the children are feeling and want, and a lot of love and respect for them.
