I've been working with seniors since 1997. I've worked at a couple of nursing homes, but I've mostly done private home care.

Karla was a God send last in getting my mother the medical attention and care needed immediately. She did not waste time in making the decision for immediate medical attention and transport my mom to the hospita. I can't say enough positive things about Karla's thoughtfulness, professionalism, timeliness, caring compassionate communication especially during distressing moments. I hired Karla and she offered to go see my mom the very next day, provided great references and showed great judgment and patient focused decision making and problem solving skills under pressure.  I highly recommend her and I would absolutely hire her again without second thoughts

Karla is a committed and attentive caregiver. She is very knowledgeable and was easy to have around in the house - always there to help, but always remaining in the background which allowed my husband (who suffers from dementia) his sense of privacy. His wellbeing was her No. 1 priority, and she took great care of him, adapting quickly to changing situations. I totally counted on her experience in handling difficult moments, her matter-of-fact attitude, and her attention to details. I can highly recommend Karla as a caregiver, and I wish her all good luck in the future.

Karla provided overnight hospice care for my mother during the last few months of her life, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

She worked 12-hour overnight shifts and was always punctual, dependable, and professional. More importantly, she was genuinely kind, compassionate, and attentive. She treated my mother with dignity and respect, and it was clear that she truly cared about her well-being and comfort.

Karla was always easy to communicate with, flexible when scheduling, and a pleasure to work with. My mother enjoyed her company very much, and our family had complete confidence in her care.

During a very difficult time in our lives, Karla provided comfort, reliability, and peace of mind. We are deeply grateful for everything she did for our mother and our family.

Karla is a great caregiver for my mom. She goes above and beyond the required daily tasks. 

Karla is not reliable and has very poor communication skills! After confirming yesterday, she was supposed to start today, but to much disappointment, she was a no show. She texted 7 minutes after her arrival time stating she had gotten lost (I'm not sure how someone gets lost with Google Maps), but didn't provide an arrival time. So I texted to find out her estimated arrival, but didn't receive a response. When I called 15 minutes later, she picked up and told me she would be here in 30 mins. I called a couple of times and texted with no response. I ended up having to take a day off as a result. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with her lack of professionalism.

Karla provided compassionate care for my father who was visiting me short-term at my home. She was very flexible with the scheduling and supported him bathing, cooking, and laundry. I would recommend her as a caring and responsible caregiver. If my father returns to my home, I would not hesitate asking Karla to support him again. 

Karla was a complete angel and took such good care of my mom! Cooking, cleaning, running errands, getting up in the middle of the night to assist her. We both appreciate all the help and never said "no" to anything. Thank you Karla!

Karla is the best caregiver I ever have . She’s compassionate caring. Very professional, patient. I’m very happy to have her take care of me. She does the job well with love. Blessings to you Karla.

Although we only needed Karla’s help briefly, she was a huge help. Karla is dependable, proactive and conscientious—she always let me know what my father needed. She even went above and beyond, visiting more days a week that I initially requested to make sure he took his medications daily. She was also the only person who’s been successful at getting him to take them, which is amazing! I would definitely recommend Karla if your looking for a caregiver. 

I have no words to describe how wonderful Karla was during the last few months of my father’s life. Though we had hospice care weekly, Karla was the one to assist three times per day with all my father’s needs as well as mine. Through the toughest time in our lives, she was there whenever I needed and came at a moments notice. Even in his last hours alive, she was there with me by his bedside offering assistance with whatever was necessary. I would not have been able to cope without her support, physically and emotionally 

Karla has been a wonderful help to my uncle.  She is super patient with him.  

Spoke to Karla and was excited to start working with her.  She was a no show on her start date.  I know this work is not glamorous and it is a hustle, but there are people counting on you to show up.  Really disappointed.  

She hung up on me during screening telephonic interview. Indicated she could not accommodate caring for someone with food allergies.
