She was hired for one early morning shift a week, which is what she wanted. She was very nice and did a good job the first week or two. Then she texted in sick the next week in the middle of the night, so I didnt know she wasn't coming and then just didn't show the following week, and is not responding to my attempts to communicate. Totally unreliable.
