About Karla

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is my passion. For the past three years, I've had the joy of caring for children, primarily aged 6-11, and fostering their growth through creative play and educational activities. My approach is patient and friendly, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a consistent environment. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, offering updates at pickup or via text/phone. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games. I have completed Early Child Development Coursework and I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I'm also happy to help with cooking, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I speak both English and Portuguese. I find immense satisfaction in seeing children thrive, and I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
