About Karla

Hi families! My name is Karla, and I have over 5 years of hands-on childcare experience caring for children of various ages. I am CPR certified and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which gives me strong knowledge in safety, first aid, and attentive care. I am a non-smoker with reliable personal transportation, so punctuality and dependability are very important to me. I truly enjoy creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and supported. In addition to babysitting, I have teaching experience as a Sunday School teacher for children ages 4-11. I've planned lessons, led group activities, and managed classrooms in a positive and engaging way. I love incorporating creativity, learning, and fun into everyday routines whether that's crafts, reading, outdoor play, or helping with homework.
