I hired Karla and she was very sweet and seemed eager to learn, we spent a lot of time and money training her. She ended up working I think 2-3 shifts. The next week called off sick. Then ghosted us in the days leading up to her next shift and ended up resigning with no notice the day she was supposed to return. Texted us and then continued to ghost. Very frustrating. I have no problem with people deciding it’s not a good fit and resigning but without notice as a caregiver is totally unacceptable. Common curtesy and decency is two weeks notice which for her would have been like 4 more shifts. Unfortunately I cannot recommend hiring her.
