We are so thankful to have found Karla as a tutor for our 8th grader. We needed a unique skillset of a smart, proactive, educated tutor that could build rapport with our daughter and support her to complete her assignments in timely manner. While we didn't need a subject matter expert in the subjects (philosophy, English, science, Algebra II, and creative writing), we needed someone that understood how to study and how to complete difficult assignments without getting weighed down by perfectionism. Karla understood what we needed and was willing to adjust strategies as necessary. Our daughter enjoys working with Karla and we are thankful to have her help our daughter stay on top of her assignments.
