Karita was exceptional. She's very professional, a quick responder and great with organization. More importantly, she is great with my father who can be a bit tricky in his older age and he is great with her. It's such a huge relief and we are now utilizing her services often. Highly recommend.

I have no doubt Karita does a great job cleaning. Unfortunately, after we had agreed upon a time and price for cleaning, Karita didn't show up and was unresponsive to any further texts. This is despite the fact that she confirmed she was 5 minutes away just before our scheduled cleaning. I wish I had more to comment on, but this lack of professionalism is all I can attest to.
