About Karissa

I've nannied for a few clients and family/friends. I don't have long term experience, but I am happily wanting to support mothers and families in raising their kids and keeping up the home - it takes a village! I also have a history of volunteering in my church growing up and at a few summer camps. I have been First Aid and BSL certified in the last few years, but I am needing to get that renewed. I have done some college with a focus on psychology and sociology, and am hoping to return to school this fall to obtain continue and finish a degree. I graduated my high school in the top 10%, and I love to teach. I believe I would make a great tutor/supplemental learning coach, and would love to talk about helping your kiddos in their school journey on a smaller scale. When I'm feeling down, there has always been a spunky kid in my life to say something funny and make me learn something about myself; and I'd love to help them learn in return.
