About Karissa

There's nothing I enjoy more than being around dogs! I've taken care of dogs for my friends, family, and neighbors for over 15 years. I also have my own 9-month-old Aussie-Lab mix, Lola :) I have puppy trained using a variety of methods, have cared for senior dogs, and have experience administering medication to pets. As a dog mom, I know how important it is to have a pet sitter you can trust and count on to take great care of your pet. I always care for animals in the same way I would want someone to care for my own puppy. I am a third grade teacher on summer break, so I have a very open schedule with lots of availability and flexibility. Some questions I might have for you: Does your dog have any special needs, behaviors or quirks? What are their favorite rewards and games? Do they like snuggles and affection or prefer to keep their personal space? How are they with commands? How can I make them feel comfortable, loved and happy?
