About Karissa

Hello! My name is Karissa. I'm 21 years old but have been doing child care since I was 12. I'd volunteer within my church for child care from 12-18, a coach instructor for sports 14-17, babysitting ages 2-16 years old for family and friends. I belive in gentle parenting with most kids, teaching them emotional intelligence and communication skills. However, I'm aware this method doesn't work for all kids. I'm level headed, calm but firm and strict when needing too. I understand each child is unique in their own way and cannot force the same methods onto someone else. My rate for 1 child is $25 babysitting. Additional $5 per child after that. For a after care nanny position, starting rate is $35 with $5 per additional child. This includes house chores, child care, personal chef, and personal assistant, basically a extra mother in the house.
