We moved cross country with a 6 month old and needed childcare immediately. We found Karisma through Care.com and interviewed her while we were still on the West Coast. She was polite, professional, and very prompt at getting back to us. We have used her for childcare many times. She gets along great with our baby; while also performing light housework. She's also great about making sure the baby is always learning and developing appropriately. I would absolutely recommend Karisma to anyone who asked.
