Karisma came before time and even brought the kids a little toy to break the ice. She's very dependable, always comes before the time to make sure and is great at watching more than one child at once. None of the children felt left out and all said they loved her and had so much fun doing different activities that were also educational. Would recommend her so much that I would defined hire again.
