Karis was absolutely wonderful for my family until she just completely stopped answering us. It put me in an incredibly tough position at work with zero notice and my family in very tough position. I wish it could've worked out because my kids really loved her, but being left completely in the dark without any notice has been detrimental to my position at work and left me unable to fulfill multiple travel obligations.
