Hello! I am a creative, loving and caring nanny/babysitter. I have 10 years of child care experience. I love children and it gives me great pleasure in being a part of their developmental stages in life. I am a child care provider and mentor but above all, I am a friend. I enjoy outdoor activities like walks in the park, biking, and exploring regional parks. I love reading and art (crafts, sketching, painting, knitting). I am extremely passionate about cooking. I am not a very big fan of technology. I believe in using it on a need basis and not as a means to entertaining myself all the time. My motto in life is - "Be kind and have courage".

Karishma has been such a wonderful addition to our family. From the very first day, she immediately bonded with our baby, and it was so comforting to see how naturally warm and nurturing she is. She has a genuinely bubbly personality and voice that our little one absolutely loves — you can tell how happy our baby is spending time with her.

She is not only warm, but also incredibly efficient and dependable. Karishma communicates very clearly and transparently, always keeping us informed and making sure we feel comfortable and aligned. She truly tries to make things work and approaches everything with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Karishma is amazing!! Looking for childcare for the first time for our little one was super traumatic and stressful, but Karishma made this experience a great one! We are so grateful that we found her! We interviewed her ones in person, and she was super sweet, calm and super lovable with our LO.  We had a lot of applications for this job, but Karishma stood up from the beginning. She was super nice on her messages and very respectful. That showed us her professionalism and that she really cares about the job. She was super sweet and understandable when I cried leaving my baby. I cried a lot lately since I became a mom, LOL! Having somebody that understands that, and gives you comfort it's hard to find! 

During the week that she took care of my LO she was amazing, too! She took pictures, videos and she was open to doing facetime. That gave us a lot of peace of mind! She was very responsive to text, and always fulfilled our requests. I can't thank Karishma enough! We love her!




I hired Karishma to watch my baby overnight for a week so that I could get some sleep. She was knowledgeable about baby-care, and was always punctual, friendly, polite, and in general a considerate guest in my home. The baby seemed to take to her, too! I definitely plan on using her services again.

Our kids love Karishma and if it wasn't for a schedule conflict we would have kept her for as long as possible!

Karishma is very sweet and responsible babysitter. She cared for our 7 month old and was absolutely amazing. She is very punctual and reliable. My daughter usually cries with strangers but she warmed up to Karishma right away. I would absolutely recommend her.

I needed a babysitter last minute and my posting reflected that. I was in communication with her leading up to the interview about the day and time I needed a sitter. I interviewed her and she was great but then shortly after she agreed to everything, she cancelled and said she had a prior engagement. If put me in a huge bind and I was not able to find another babysitter. 

Very sweet and she was exceptional with my baby! 

Karishma was wonderful with our three children. Each is a different age, with different care needs, and she did a great job with them on relatively short notice. She was so warm and caring. We would love to work with her again! 

My husband and our kids love Karishma! Our daughter even asked when she was coming back again! She was early, professional, kind, and I just can't say enough good things about her! She made the experience of hiring a babysitter, painless and enjoyable! Yay Karishma! We highly recommend her.

Karishma, came for an interview with us this week and she's very passionate about kids and she told us this is her calling and after we spoke to her we also believe that this is her calling! She's very charming, very pleasant to talk to, always had a smile on her face, good family background, good with kid. Our daughter started sharing stuff with Karishma right away which was a very good sign. Unfortunate, she's in the process of getting a new car so we went with the other candidate. You will love her as we do. We'll definitely call her I the future if we need any help.
