She is responsible, caring, honest, genuine and communicative on all fronts. Since we have gone through many developmental stages all together, from new schedules and routines to sleep regressions and solid food, we trust her implicitly to make the best decisions when it comes to our kiddo’s well being. She is open minded in receiving feedback and guidance on how we would like him to be cared for, yet still offers her advice based on her experience and expertise when watching his development.
