Hi, I'm Karine! I'm a Minnesota native with over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages and abilities. My background includes mental health child counseling, preschool teaching, autism support, household management, and long-term nanny roles (live-in and live-out). I've held many successful long-term positions and build strong, lasting relationships with families. I also run a nanny agency based in Minnesota, but I truly enjoy hands-on time with kids, which is why I pick up caregiving hours myself. My approach is active and connection-based. I love getting outside for walks and adventures, doing crafts, reading together, and engaging kids through play-based learning. I'm seeking a consistent family 2-3 days per week, value flexibility, and bring warmth, reliability, and a calm presence into every home.
