As a Certified Home Health Aide with a high school degree, I find great fulfillment in making a positive impact on those I care for. Compassion and empathy guide my approach, ensuring I'm both friendly and professional. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates during visits. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am also able to provide meal preparation. I speak Spanish.
