About Karina

Hi my name is Karina and I have experience working with kids in a variety of settings including schools, summer camps, and church events. Most of the experience I've had is with preschool age and school age children. I value safety, and meeting each child where they are supporting them in a fun way that also promotes learning and development. I'm a laid back person who enjoys art, reading, and cooking but also helping children explore what they like too. I value my time working with kids and helping them to grow and to do things that help them learn things about themselves. As a recent graduate with a bachelors in psychology I'm still building my career, skills, and experiences so that I may work up to my long term career goal of becoming a school psychologist. My schedule is fairly flexible at this time. I am available 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. On Monday, Tuesday, and Friday I am available from 7 a.m. - 12 p.m. + weekends.
