About Karina

Empowering students to reach their full potential through science and study skills is my passion. With 11 years of experience as a credentialed science teacher, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I create a supportive, patient environment by breaking complex concepts into manageable steps and connecting lessons to real-world interests. I assess your unique learning style by observing how you engage with new material, then adapt my approach using visual aids, discussions, or hands-on practice. Because I value clear communication, I maintain an open dialogue with you and your family to ensure we are always aligned. Seeing you master a difficult skill and gain confidence is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to building a collaborative, successful partnership with you as we reach your academic goals together.
