Karina was an absolute blessing & pleasure to have in our home. She was punctual, reliable, great communication and such loving and attentive service. I would DEFINITELY HIRE HER AGAIN!  She has extensive experience and knowledgeable in all areas of her position. She taking initiative and does things without being ask cause she knows they need to get done. People like her don't exist much and grateful to have welcomed her into our home.

Karina was our nanny for about 10 weeks. She was ok when she was there.  She tried to connect with our daughter by singing and dancing and playing with her - she even brought bubbles and balloons from home.  We wish it worked out, but Karina was extremely unreliable.  She was not able to work the shift that we hired her for (and didn't tell us until after she started).  We made temporary accommodations and adjusted the schedule.  Unfortunately, she was not even able to work the shift that she asked for - she was literally late every single day she worked for us.  She would not let us know she was running late until after her shift started (after several weeks of this, we already knew what to expect).  She frequently called out (sometimes the night before, sometimes the same day).  She had a lot of personal issues that she was dealing with that directly impacted her ability to meet her commitment to us. We could no longer deal with not knowing if the nanny would show up.

Ms. Karina is a women of her words. She has a caring heart and  love for all. She is very skilled and very helpful in caring for others in special needs. Ms.Karina has a heart of understanding and being bilingual  is a  great access.  .She is a blessing to all who comes in contact with her. She is very capable, dependable and reliable. She will make your life a lot easier as she fulfill her assignments with love.

Karina is amazing! She helped me with my newborn and did wonderful. She was attentive and always asked to help with additional items while the baby slept. She was very proactive and I appreciated that because she knew where I needed the support. Plus I cloth diaper and she was opened to learning.

Karina replied to my posting and we discussed the job over a couple weeks.  The day/time for the babysitting arrived and she didn't... Karina messaged to say she was running late in traffic.  I told her I absolutely wouldn't be able to wait longer than 30 minutes.  30 minutes later she didn't give any update as to her location but instead said she was trying to call me to do a phone interview.  Um, what???  30 minutes late and now she suddenly wants an interview?  Not cool; I had to rush all of my kids to a temporary job situation that we barely made in time, and look super unprofessional.

Karina responded to my job posting. We communicated via Care.com and text message to set up a video interview. A date and time was set for the interview and Karina did not show up online, did not message a reason for her absence, and did not respond to any further communication. Poor professionalism. Would not hire.

Very great and patient with kids, very punctual and on time and understanding. She is bilingual and communicates as well. Very recommended

Karina seemed to have great energy during the interview via facetime. However, she notified me that she was cancelling on me less than one hour before she was suppose to show up putting me in a tough position and making me cancel my plans for the day.
