About Karina

Hi, I'm Kari! I'm a caring, responsible, and energetic childcare provider with over 4 years of experience caring for children from newborns to school-age. I have experience working as an Au Pair and nanny, and I truly enjoy being part of a child's growth and development. I have a background in Psychology and I am currently pursuing an Associate in Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts at Gavilan College. My education and childcare experience have helped me develop a strong understanding of children's needs and the importance of supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive development with patience and empathy. I love creating a fun and safe environment where children can learn, explore, and feel comfortable being themselves. I'm also happy to help with children's meals, keeping their spaces organized, and maintaining their daily routines. I'm CPR certified, have a clean driving record, and have my own reliable car. I value open communication with parents.
