I was already helping take care of children throughout the years I worked with my mom and also maintained education 18 I got my first real job with a company for Autism and became a caregiver for a special needs child I cook, clean, bathe, taught the child to walk talk and began tutoring child in education pieces as well as taking child to events been with them for 6 years moved on to a full time assistant teacher position started off in Infant room at my first daycare moved into Full time Floater at Second daycare experience Infant/ Toddler room Twos room Preschool and Pre-K school-age became full time in Toddler room until I was offered a position in Preschool which gave me more experience with lesson plans and wider variety of education pieces I have CDA in early childhood currently furthering my education

Karina was a blessing to my family. My kiddos came to me in December (foster kiddos) and one little guy struggled with some big behaviors. We tried daycare which we struggled with and then Karina entered our lives. She was amazing from day one! She provided structure and a loving environment for both kiddos. The boys had homework completed when I would get home from work and were always smiling when I walked in the door. She had so much patience and understanding and didn't just let them sit on the tablet all day. She helped out anytime I needed her, needed her to come early, or stay a little later. WE LOVED HER! If I wasn't a teacher and didn't have summers off I would keep her on with my boys! She's amazing!!!!!
