About Karina

Hello, my name is Karina and I've been a nanny for 15 years now, working with newborns and up to 13 years of age. I've taken child development classes and worked as a teacher's assistant/substitute at a private preschool; providing age appropriate lesson plans that encourage physical, emotional, social and academic growth. I enjoy doing activities with children rather than just sit them in front of the TV. I love doing arts & crafts, encourage pretend play and help with bath time, diaper change, homework, as well as making sure their teeth are brushed and the children are in bed at the appropriate bedtime. I prepare healthy fun meals, prepare bottles, and make organic baby food, and do potty training. I adore children and love being around them, as well as respect the need for age appropriate activities and behavior. I'm fun, sweet and very active.
