About Karina

My name is Karina, and I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for children ranging from infants (as young as 3 months) to teenagers. I've had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of settings - including after-school programs, summer camps, preschools, at-home care, and special education classrooms. Each role has deepened my love for supporting children at every stage of their development. I also have experience working with children with disabilities and developmental delays. I approach every child with patience, creativity, and a commitment to meeting them where they are - emotionally, socially, and developmentally. Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing space is always my top priority. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your family, and I take that responsibility to heart. I'm happy to provide references upon serious inquiry, as I take the privacy of the families I've worked with very seriously.
