Hello! My name is Karina and I bring 5 years of dedicated experience in child care. I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive in safe, supportive environments tailored to their unique needs. Throughout my career, I've worked with children ranging from toddlers to early teens, providing one-on-one tutoring in subjects like spanish, math and science. My experience with autistic children has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and communication. I am well-versed in using visual supports, sensory-friendly activities, and positive reinforcement to create an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere. Parents have described me as responsible, compassionate, and deeply attuned to their children's emotional and developmental needs. I'm also CPR/First Aid certified and maintain a strong commitment to safety and trust.
