About Karina

During my time working at both a pet store and a dog kennel, I gained hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, and sizes. At the dog kennel, I was more directly involved in the day-to-day care and behavior management of dogs. I handled feeding schedules, monitored health and behavior, and administered medications when needed. I also participated in supervised playgroups, providing both exercise and socialization for the dogs. This experience helped me develop a strong understanding of dog body language, safe handling practices, and the importance of structure and routine in a kennel environment. Overall, these roles deepened my passion for working with animals and strengthened my skills in animal care, customer service, and team collaboration.
