About Karina
I am a certified caregiver. I hold a Medication Management certification from Majen Educational Center and I am a certified Reiki Master and Practitioner through the Portuguese Association of Reiki in Porto, Portugal. I am certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED by Sierra BLS, LLC, and I have also completed the Stop the Bleed course through REMSA. I have hospice experience caring for cancer patients, as well as experience caring for patients with epilepsy. Currently, I care for a patient with dementia twice a week and a patient with a heart condition once a week. I previously worked as a Family Executive Assistant. I am fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. I am currently available to take on a third client two days a week or on weekends. I have a flexible schedule and am happy to work with families to accommodate their care needs.
