About Karina

I'm Karina, 25 years old working towards opening a daycare in the future. I have 2 1/2 years of daycare experience, around 16 kids ages 3 months-5 years. 5 years of babysitting (up to 12yrs old) nanny experience for 3 1/2 years. I have college credits in Early Child Education and am CPR certified. I genuinely love watching kids grow and making 'every day' moments fun. I love watching them learn new skills, build confidence through play and exploration, and providing consistency for them along with a safe and nurturing environment. I thrive in environments where parents and I have open communication and mutual trust, a team setting. My goal is to be an extension of the family's support system. I truly care about the families I work with. I see nannying as an opportunity to have a positive impact on some of the most important years of life. I take pride in the way I treat every family/child with the same respect and care that I would want for my own family.
