About karina

Hi! My name is Karina, and I'm coming up on my 6th year working in childcare and early childhood education. I currently work as a Teacher's Assistant at a preschool and have experience caring for children from newborns to teens entering 10th grade, including children with special needs. Three words that describe me are nurturing, dependable, and energetic. I love working with children because I enjoy supporting their growth, creativity, confidence, and everyday learning while creating a safe and positive environment where they feel cared for. I'm currently working toward becoming CDA certified and earning my degree in Health Science to continue growing professionally. My top childcare skills are communication, patience, and creating engaging activities. I'm looking for a long-term position with a family I can grow with and support consistently.
