Karina took care of our almost 2YO for a morning. She was such a gentle, calming force. Our little guy is going through a phase of hysterical fits of resistance to new caregivers and Karina calmed him down almost immediately; she had great instincts for making him comfortable. Within a few minutes, our little one's tears stopped, she worked up to playing trains with him inside, and eventually took him on a walk ending ar our local park. In addition to being great with our kiddo, she was kind, on-time, and a good communicator with us, including sending pictures throughout the morning, so we could see that our little man was all smiles. Will definitely book Karina again!
