About Karin

For nearly 20 years I worked as a nanny while inching my way through college classes. For five years now I am working from home (or anywhere that has wi-fi) as a Graphic Designer for a Photo Booth company. I find I have too much time on my hands and not enough income. Prior to my work as a nanny, I worked as a CNA in a nursing home, which I enjoyed, but I was then too young; unprepared for the emotional toll of losing patients. I have cared for seniors in my family and for friends. I am comfortable with cooking, laundry, housekeeping, shopping, errands, activities, games, medication, feeding, catheter care, bathing, grooming, appointments, etc. I am not comfortable with combative seniors, heavy lifting, feeding tubes, or tracheotomy care.
