Karima was hired to help my dad. She seemed like a hard worker and willing to do extra tasks. She was given some constructive criticism by text and all seemed fine and she showed at the appropriate day/time. Her next scheduled visit she was a no call no show. We tried to contact her regarding her well being and still nothing. We never heard a word again. We would have appreciated a chance to try to work out any issues but she ghosted us, so I would not count her as reliable and may not be good with working out any potential issues. We are now thrilled with who we hired as her replacement.
