Hello, I'm Kari. I'm a birth and postpartum doula passionate about helping families from conception all the way to celebrating your babies 1st birthday. Bringing a baby home is such a transformative as well as a tender time that calls for compassionate support. I love supporting parents settle into their new life. The care I offer includes processing your birth, assisting with feeding, newborn care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and giving extra attention to older siblings so the whole family feels supported during this special time. I'm so excited that my services are covered by Medi-Cal and Kaiser for up until a year postpartum. If you have either of these insurances you may be eligible for postpartum doula care at no cost. My hope is that every family knows this benefit exists. It would be an honor to care for your family and help make the transition into parenthood a little smoother.
