Hi! I'm Kari . I've been a personal caregiver for the past year, starting with Synergy HomeCare and now with private clients. I have a BS in Psychology and an MS in Public Policy, and I live with and help care for my aging parents. My mom has Alzheimer's. Planes and board rooms eventually burned me out, and I needed something more personal and one-to-one. Caregiving has been exactly that: meaningful, connected, and deeply rewarding. I'm a naturally empathetic, curious, and thoughtful person. I enjoy reading, walking, good conversation, movies, and anything that explores what it means to live a good life.
