About Kari

I paid $300 for a deep clean and provided a list of things I wanted done. I feel like Kari and her helper started out strong in the kitchen and then just gave up everywhere else. I asked for walls, doors and baseboards to be cleaned- they were not done anywhere. Picture frames were not dusted, nothing was moved to be cleaned behind, the shower and toilet were still dirty- where the seat connects to the toilet hadnt been touched. Floors were mopped and then walked on while wet so they don't look like they've been touched. My cabinets have streaks running down them. Hallway mirror not touched. I could go on and on. I reached out to Kari and very nicely explained my disappointment and provided photos. She read the messages but no reply. I now have to pay someone else to redo what I originally paid her to do.
