Kari joined us in September if 2024. Right from the start Kari was very patient and flexible.My Mum was in rehab and we were uncertain as to the exact date she would arrive back home.Kari kept in touch and was ready to roll when she finally made it back home. My Mum has vision loss, HOH, limited mobility and has declined over the past year to the point where she needs help with everything to get through a day. Kari quickly got to know the care routine and had great ideas. My Mum and Kari became great friends and really enjoyed each other’s company. Kari is very dependable, caring, and has a great sense of humor. She was creative with ways to keep my Mum engaged in activities, introduced her to an Alexa as a tool, read books to her and did everything that was asked of her and more. That included meal prep, medications, personal care, mobilization, light house keeping and laundry. Kari unfortunately moved out of our area and we had to part ways. She will be greatly missed. Kari is a gem and would be an asset to any person’s care team.
