About Karigan

Since graduating college in 2020, I have worked full-time as a high school English teacher in New Orleans. Though I found immense fulfillment in having the opportunity to provide a quality education to our city's youth, I believe my skill set would be better utilized in providing quality childcare to your little ones. Childcare and childhood education has been a lifelong passion of mine. I grew up in a huge family; I have eight (yes, eight!) younger siblings, and my role as the eldest sister gave me an extensive level of experience with caring for young children. Outside of my immediate family, I have more than 10 years of experience caring for children ages 0-15. I am passionate about using my time with children to provide age-appropriate educational experiences, developing creativity through crafts and play, and simply letting them have fun and be kids.
