Karen is an absolute gem. She's timely enthusiastic, genuinely likes kids, and developed an immediate rapport with our eight-year-old. She has excellent communication and is easy to work with. We were completely comfortable leaving her in charge of our special needs kiddo, medication needs and all. Highly recommended!
